WESKEM provided technical waste management support to MACTEC Development Corporation (MACTEC) at the CE Windsor Decontamination and Decommissioning (D&D) Project. WESKEM provided qualified staff to assure proper characterization, packaging and shipment of demolition waste to the Envirocare of Utah, Inc. disposal site in Clive, UT. Other WESKEM technical support services included:

 • Reviewed MACTEC-developed waste profiles and provided comments/suggestions to improve their acceptability for disposal.

 • Provided recommendations for sampling, analysis, packaging, and transport of all waste types.

• Provided guidance in waste packaging to ensure compliance with disposal criteria and applicable regulations.

 • Acted as the liaison to the disposal site for problem resolution of received waste packages.
